"We live one day", my Grandma would say,
We're born, we live, then fade away.
It's really what we do in life,
Like work or play or take a wife.
Just look around, see what you've seen,
The good and bad and what has been.
We know that you are with loved ones, dear,
Who forged ahead, the path it was quite clear.
We miss you each and every day,
Your smile, your laugh, your special way.
You taught us all what love could do,
Without your lessons, we'd have no clue.
Although with eyes we can not see,
We know you stand right next to me.
For in our hearts you will live on,
We will hear you whistling a song.
Love always, Thailan ♥
