Obituary of Robert Ramond Radies

It is with great sadness that we announce that Robert Raymond (he liked to spell it this way) Radies passed away on the morning of August 2, 2019 at the age of 84.

Robert was born on March 23, 1935 in Oliver, BC.

Robert is predeceased by his parents Gustav and Martha Radies, and his 6 brothers and 2 sisters: Elsie, Ida, Chris, Albert, Johnny. Alvin, Bill and Herb.

Robert is survived by his wife Glenda who he married in 1963, his son Randy born in 1968 and his granddaughter Robin born in 2000.

Robert worked in the mining indutry for many years, enjoyed sports very much and loved playing basketball and baseball.

Robert and Glenda moved from Kelowna to Quesnel in 1991 to explore mining opportunites and operate a small business until retirment.

Robert was a kind and caring man who loved to smile, help others and was loved very much by all.
