To Shawna, Tracy, Tina and family. We are so sorry to hear this sad news, sending our sincerest condolences. We have countless fond memories while spending our summers with you and Ray and the paving crew. Many, many laughs and good times! May those memories help you through your grief and know that Ray will be missed by the many people who knew and loved him. Sincerely, Val and Cory Torgerson

I cannot express how my heart aches for you Shawna, Tracy and Tina and all the rest of the family who loved Ray. Kim and I lived next door to Ray, Shawna and girls many years ago in Calgary. We were good friends and this friendship has continued over the years and the many miles between us. I have wonderful memories of being in Quesnel with you all, also remembering your parents who came to stay with me when I went back to England to live. Ray gave my daughter Kim her first job which we really appreciated and one of my most vivid memories of Ray is when I plugged my iron in and it blew up on me. Ray immediately fixed the iron and he and Shawna calmed my shot nerves.
I am in Southern Ontario now and wish I could be with Shawna and girls to give them a little of my love and strength to get through this dreadful loss of a wonderful husband and father. Kim and I send our love to you all.
