So sorry to hear this. Barry was a man to be proud of. My mom and dad lived on Elm St. and Barry & Ebbie’s backyards met. My dad was 15 years older than Barry, and as he aged, Barry would come over to help him with a lot of things. One thing that was always so appreciated, was that Barry would snowblow their driveway every time it needed it. After my mom passed away and my dad went to Dunrovin, without fail Barry would go to see him to take him out for coffee and lots of times out for a drive. I also appreciated this so much, as I tried to visit and do the same at least twice a week, but Barry’s friendship and weekly visits meant so much to my dad and really made him feel like he wasn’t so alone. Barry was truly a standup guy and I’m sure he will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
