Obituary of Ruth Muriel Scoullar
Our dearly loved Mom and Gramma, Ruth, has passed to be with our Lord on December 29th, 2022.
Her love and passion to help others, describes her best. Ruth was an avid reader, writer, painter, photographer, medical stenographer, Seniors Advocate, childcare worker, and committee member on multiple societies.
Ruth worked diligently while raising 7 children; of which 4 have passed on. Her two husbands, Fern Daoust and Ralph Scoullar have also been laid to rest.
Ruth loved to travel with her partner, Don Austin (predeceased her), around the world. A broken wrist while in Costa Rica didn’t lay her up for long, as she continued her adventure with a cast on.
A Memorial Tea at St. Andrews Church will be held on April 24th, 2023, her birthday. Please come and share with us at 2:00 PM.
