Obituary of Maisie Burton

The world has lost a beloved Mother, wife, Nana, GG, Aunt & daughter, Maisie Burton, age 79 on Sept 27, 2023.

She battled cancer twice & organ failure but that did not stop her from always being positive & loving to  everyone around her.

You never left her home hungry. Her love was unconditional & she did not know how to raise her voice.

She died surrounded by her children Colette, Elvis & grandchildren, Brandon, Jorden, Hayley, Sarah, Joshua & great grandchild Alice 

She was an amazing elementary teacher grades 1-4. Kids, now adults, still remember her sweet & understanding way of teaching.

She was born in LaScie, NFLD, Dec. 16, 1943.

Maisie is survived by her two sisters, Vivian & Taff.

Preceded by her husband Gerald, her son Dean & both parents, Pleman & Gertrude.

She will be dearly missed.
