Obituary of Terrence Orville Joseph Grenon
It is with great sadness that the family of Terrence Orville Joseph Grenon (Terry) announce his peaceful passing on November 25th, 2023 after a battle with lung cancer.
Terry was born in Val’dor, Quebec on April 17th, 1947. At age 8 he moved to Elliot Lake, Ontario and at age 15, to Calgary, Alberta. In 1973 Terry started work for BC Rail in Northern BC, which brought him to Quesnel later that year. Terry retired in 2005 from the job he loved.
Terry leaves behind his loving wife Thailan and four daughters, Bonnie, Darlene, Gillian and Ashley Beau Baxter. He also leaves behind his brother Russell (Vicki), a very special sister, Linda (Lou), and brother-in-law Russell (Russ) Nicol.
Terry is predeceased by his father Eugene and mother Florence.
He will be greatly missed by his 10 grandchildren whom he lovingly adored as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
There will be a Memorial Tea for Terry to be held at a later date.
