Dearest Grant and family,
It has been a long time since we have had a good visit, Cousin
It was years ago….
I remember you taking the time to track me down in Regina to share a good gab! I have never forgotten that kindness!
Your Mom often called the farm to tell us about your growing family. She was so happy and proud of you all! Those were special moments!
Although the years have passed and distance has made family get togethers scarce, YOU and
Uncle Les and Auntie Helen have always held a special place in our hearts.
When I was a child, I once asked my Mom about your Dad! She told me he was a lumberjack like Paul Bunyan! Growing up on the treeless prairie, I was thrilled to think of my Uncle as this strong woodsman!!….so accomplished in his trade. I will always remember that.
