Obituary of Yvette Rose-Marie McDougall Burke
Yvette Rose-Marie McDougall Burke, a remarkable individual of 60 years, transitioned peacefully December 6th, 2023 at the esteemed Dr. Eric Chalmers Hospital in Fredricton, NB.
Her presence was a beacon of light to many and her memory will forever be cherished by those whose lives she touched.
Alongside her was her spouse, Carl Burke.
Yvette's journey began in the vibrant city of Toronto, Ontario on the memorable date of September 3rd, 1963.
As the cherished daughter of Bob McDougall and Rose-Marie Higgins, she was nurtured in a loving and supportive family environment. Her educational path led her through the halls of Tweed Elementary, where she laid the foundation for her academic growth, and later on to Central Hastings High, where she continued to thrive and excel in her studies.
Yvette had a genuine passion for all things related to arts and crafts, pouring her creativity into various projects with dedication and enthusiasm, Additionally, her profound love and unwavering devotion to her beloved dogs shone through in every moment she spent caring for them, playing with them and cherishing their companionship.
Yvette's legacy lives on through those who were dear to her heart. She is lovingly remembered by her spouse Carl, her father Bob McDougall, her mother Rose-Marie Higgins, Her sister Samantha Rogers, her aunts- Phyllis, Helen, Irena, Giselle and Claudette, her uncles- Bert, Carl, and Roger, as well as her nieces Felicity McDougall and Tara Rogers.
While she is no longer with us, she is reunited with her uncle Gerard and step-brother Mike who went before her.
