Dear cousins,
We are sorry for your loss, it is hard to lose a parent.
On Aug 17/24, Dennis & I stopped in at Dunrovin to visit Uncle Vagn, and to drop off an early 96th birthday card.
Uncle Vagn was peacefully asleep with Signe on watch by his side.
Sadly, we learned Uncle Vagn had recently suffered a small stroke.
After sharing a visit with Signe, we carried on to celebrate my sister, Lynette Sankey’s 87th birthday with family and friends.
I have many memories of special visits and time spent at
Bouchie Lake with Aunt Marion, Uncle Vagn, and my younger cousins in the 1960s.
